Our Services
Five services. One dedicated team.
Every service we provide is funded through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities and delivered in accordance with each individual's Individualized Support Plan.
Behavior Management
Building positive behavior through evidence-based support
Our behavior management services are grounded in applied behavior analysis and positive behavior support principles. We work with individuals, families, and support coordinators to understand the function of challenging behaviors and develop strategies that improve quality of life — not just compliance.
- Functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Individualized behavior support plans
- Staff and family training on implementation
- Progress monitoring and plan updates
Community Based Support
Personalized assistance where life happens
Community Based Support (CBS) provides direct, one-on-one assistance to help individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their homes and communities. Our staff support daily living skills, personal care, and community navigation — always guided by the individual's goals and ISP.
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Medication reminders and health monitoring
- Transportation and community navigation
Community Inclusion
Supporting full participation in community life
Community Inclusion services help individuals with developmental disabilities build meaningful connections and participate fully in their communities. We support access to recreational activities, social events, volunteer opportunities, and civic life — because belonging is not optional.
- Social and recreational activity support
- Volunteer and civic engagement facilitation
- Relationship-building and social skills development
- Access to community resources and programs
Individual Supports
Flexible, person-centered support for everyday life
Individual Supports is a flexible service designed to help adults with developmental disabilities achieve their personal goals. Whether that means learning to cook, managing finances, building friendships, or pursuing employment — we provide the support each person needs, shaped entirely by their ISP.
- Goal-directed support aligned with the individual's ISP
- Life skills development and coaching
- Employment exploration and job readiness
- Self-advocacy and decision-making support
Respite
Relief for caregivers. Continuity for individuals.
Respite provides temporary relief for family caregivers who provide ongoing support to a loved one with a developmental disability. Our respite staff are trained, background-checked, and matched carefully to each individual — so families can rest knowing their loved one is in capable, caring hands.
- Planned and emergency respite available
- In-home and community-based options
- Trained, background-checked respite staff
- Flexible scheduling to meet family needs
