Background-checked staff · ISP-guided care
Why Spring Services — a calling
At Spring Services LLC, our staff are the foundation of everything we do. We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey, and the quality of that support begins with the people who show up every day.
We are a team built on trust, accountability, and genuine care. Our supervisors are accessible. Our training is thorough. And our culture reflects the same values we bring to the individuals we serve: dignity, inclusion, and the belief that every person has the right to a full life.
"We hire people who see the person first — not the diagnosis."— Spring Services LLC Leadership Team
Every decision — in care and in employment — starts with the individual. We do not apply one-size approaches to complex human lives.
We follow through. On commitments to individuals, to families, and to each other. Accountability is how trust is built.
We reflect the communities we serve. Diverse backgrounds, languages, and perspectives make our team stronger and our care better.
Support for the people who support others
We invest in our staff because we know that well-supported employees provide better care. These are not perks — they are commitments.
All new staff complete NJ DDD-required training before their first assignment. Ongoing professional development is built into your schedule, not squeezed around it.
Full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions available. We work with your availability — especially for direct support professionals balancing other commitments.
You will have a named supervisor who knows your caseload and is reachable. Questions do not go into a ticket queue — they get answered.
We promote from within. Many of our supervisors and coordinators began as direct support professionals. If you want to grow, we will help you get there.
The work is meaningful. The team is committed. And the individuals we serve remind us every day why this work matters.
All positions meet NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities standards. Background checks, clearances, and required certifications are supported through our onboarding process.
