Agency Head / CEO
Dr. Amanda Ota is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Services LLC. With a doctorate in education and extensive experience in developmental disability services, Dr. Ota leads the agency's mission to provide person-centered, community-based supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey.
Administrative, Compliance & Data Science
Bernard B. Boamah, Ed.D., serves as Spring Services' Administrative, Compliance, and Data Science lead. He oversees the agency's administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and data-driven quality assurance processes, ensuring all policies and reporting systems meet or exceed DDD standards.
Program Supervisor
As Program Supervisor, Nkendirim oversees the day-to-day delivery of community-based services, ensuring that every Direct Support Professional is supported, trained, and providing care that reflects each individual's ISP and personal goals.
Office Manager
Angela M. Makgabo is the organizational backbone of Spring Services LLC. As Office Manager, Angela coordinates intake inquiries, personnel file management, payroll administration, scheduling, and communications — and is often the first point of contact for families and Support Coordinators.
